Our initial review finds no wells within 1000 feet of your UST facility. This <br />means that we most likely will grant you Approval of your RFR giving you an <br />exemption from ELD testing . Also it appears as your facility is now correctly located in <br />our GeoTracker database after it was relocated, see attached. <br />Sorry it took so long to respond to you but we have been processing the RFRs with <br />wells within 1000 feet first. Your confirmation letter will be sent sometime in the <br />future. If you hear from San Jaoquin County CUPA refer them to this email or have <br />them call me. <br />Please respond to this email confirming you received it.
