Failing to file Underground Storage Tank Operating Permit Application - Facility <br />Information, Underground Storage Tank Operating Permit Application - Tank Information and <br />Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Plan with the local government agency, in violation of <br />California Code of Regulations, title 23 section 2711(c). <br />5. Defendants, in the course of Defendants' GASOLINE SALES/MINI-MART activities, are <br />pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br />a. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25100 et seq. described in <br />paragraph 3 - 3n above. <br />6. Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br />DOLLARS ($2,500.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25299. Said <br />payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST. Said payments shall be <br />delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br />Unit, on or before JULY 1, 2010. <br />7.
