The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for TRACY MARKET INC as of January 17, 2018. <br /> Open violations from November 30, 2017 inspection <br /> Violation#319 -No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br /> The 87 master spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. Nic, the service technician on site, <br /> said that the collar failed. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons.
