The submittal was accepted by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health on July 18, 2014. <br /> Item 123 We will ensure that all future repairs have a permit submitted to and approved <br /> by the EHD prior to beginning work. <br /> Item 206 The date of the triennial secondary containment was corrected on the September <br /> Designated Operator Report by Walton Engineering. <br /> Item 309 The Bravo box floats and chains were adjusted and functionality verified by the <br /> technician. The violation was corrected at the time of inspection. <br /> Item 310 The 87 STP sump sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. The <br /> violation was corrected at the time of inspection. <br /> Item 319 The service technician removed the liquid from the sumps. The violation was <br /> corrected at the time of inspection. <br /> Item 323 The 89 and 91 VMI line leak detectors were adjusted and retested by the service <br /> technician and they passed.
