Tracy Blvd., Tracy <br /> I am sending you the permit application, check and other documents relating to the <br /> Beaudreau 522 serial interface panel replacement and accompanying"cold start" that took <br /> place on 9/10/11 at the above listed site. SSS Tech Genaro Martinez completed a <br /> monitoring system certification and all tested properly. This system is the original BEI <br /> monitoring system (not the current Beaudreau eSite system) and does not allow for alarm <br /> history or set up to be saved. <br /> The scope of work was limited to installing the BEI panel and controllers at the site. <br /> Beaudreau does not provide cut sheets for their controller system. I have included <br /> installation instructions and Genaro Martinez's certification information for your review. <br /> If you need any additional information or have any questions, please let me know as soon <br /> as possible. <br /> Please send a copy of the permit to the address below.
