According to Mark Crisp, <br />the polisher and all associated polisher product piping will remain intact. <br />The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in the scope of work must be submitted to the EHD for approval <br />prior to commencement of work. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br />a. Witness 24hr. lake test or equivalent on the diesel transition sump. <br />b. Verify the drainage of the secondary diesel line into the tank top sump and the <br />transition sump. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the tank prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. If concrete will be broken near the tank, a secondary containment test must be <br />performed on the existing UST in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br />Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br />5. Secondary containment testing for diesel transition sump is required six months after the <br />repair. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br />6. Qualified service. technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />
