Exhibit A
1. The existing generator enclosure has a very small day tank that transfers the fuel
between the generator and the existing double wall underground tank. This day tank
will also be removed along -with the generator and the enclosure.
existing double wall fuel lines from the underground tank come inside the
• in a vault/trench.
3. We will be constructing an enclosed metal cover at the trench/vault where the
existing fuel lines come through the ground and concrete side wall of the trench/vault
to keep rain water out.
5. New fuel lines will be connected to the (2) existing fuel lines, 1 supply and 1 return,
in the vault. New pipes will be 90'd up and go through field fabricated vault lid.
Pipes to be connected to a new 275 gallon outdoor •r tank that would transfer he fuel
between the existing underground double tank and the new generator.
6. The new fuel line which will all be above ground can be single wall black iron pipes,
as allowed by code.
7. The Plumbing drawings should indicate our intention to comply with code required
fuel. leak monitoring.
8. , The vault being affected will be liquid tested after work is completed to ensure thrA
the vault does not leak.
SEP 0 1 2015
