According to <br />Mark Crisp with P.0 Inc, the fuel flexible lines (between the polisher and the UST) will be <br />removed without breaking of the concrete. <br />The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in the scope of work must be submitted to the EHD for approval <br />prior to commencement of work. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br />a. Sampling: Witness the associated soil sampling and grouting of soil borings (per <br />SR0072926 and SR0072925), receive laboratory analytical results, receive all <br />appropriate waste disposal documentation, including the rinsate hazardous waste <br />disposal record. <br />b. Witness 24hr. lake test or equivalent on the diesel tank top sump and diesel <br />transition sump. <br />c. Verify drainage of secondary line into the tank top sump and transition sump. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the tank prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />
