JOOR appears to be out of business. There is no indication in our records who manufactured the tank <br />top sumps. If the sumps are fiberglass we will approve a fiberglass patch kit if you can provide the following: <br />Training certification for training offered by the fiberglass patch kit manufacturer. If the patch kit manufacturer <br />offers training in fiberglass sump installation then we will require that training. <br />We will require an engineering specification approved by a state registered professional engineer OR an <br />engineering specification designed according to a nationally recognized industry code or engineering <br />standard. If the fiberglass patch kit manufacturer states in writing (email from the manufacturer is OK) that <br />the documentation for the single wailed sumps they manufacture also applies to the patch kit then we will <br />accept documentation for the sump. <br />If the manufacturer of the existing sump is still in business we will require more information. <br />Garrett Backus, Ld.
