The required State of Calif. forms "A" and "B". <br /> 2. Copies of the reports on Red Jackets and line tests done on <br /> 10/6/90 at the site. <br /> 3. Copies of the quarterly summary reports for 1989 & 1990 requested <br /> in your letter. <br /> In addition to the above items, I have arranged for a technician to demon- <br /> strate the "Leak Alert" system and show you the Red Jacket in line leak <br /> detectors on the piping. Tim Gipson, of Graphic Contractors in Stockton, <br /> will contact you in the very near future for an appointment to meet you at <br /> the market site in order for you to observe the systems in person. The <br /> "Daily Inventory Reconciliation Form" has been changed over to the form you <br /> are requiring as of February 1 , 1991, and past records are available at the <br /> market for inspection. <br /> I trust the above information, combined with your actual inspection at the <br /> site, will be sufficient to show this site is in compliance with the current <br /> regulations regarding UST systems.
