AM
yuik Stop
f
4567 Enterprise Street • Fremont, CA 94538 • (510) 657-8500 ® Fax: (510) 657-1544
April 2, 1997
Kasey L. Foley, R.E.H.S.
San Joaquin County Public Health Services
Environmental Health Division
P.O. Box 388
Stockton, CA 95201-0388
Re: Quik Stop Markets w/Retail Gasoline in San Joaquin County
Dear Ms. Foley:
In response to our meeting (Administrative Hearing on 3/26/97 regarding Q.S.
Market # 125 in Ripon), enclosed is a list of Quik Stop Markets with gasoline in San
Joaquin County. As we discussed, Inspectors assigned to each market should be
notified to send original or copies of all inspection reports to my attention at the
Corporate Office in Fremont. This will help to insure a positive and timely response
to any deficiencies.
In addition, if a copy of the list with the inspector's name can be returned to me, I
will forward the list to our maintenance contractor with instructions to contact the
inspector (if possible) before leaving a service call location. Only those repair
operations involving the monitoring system or suspected/known releases will apply to
this contact/notification requirement.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call.
Sincerely,
Mike IrCarvelot
Director of Environmental Affairs
