Submit a Written Follow -Up Spill Notification to State OES and <br />Health Services/Hazardous Materials <br />i. Documentation Forwarded Directly From Spill Clean Up Provider to <br />State OES and the County Health Services Agency. <br />i. Procedures for Evacuation which Included Initiating the Alarm; Area, <br />Building and Facility Evacuations <br />i. Have Employees Yell to Others to Get Out of the Building, Have <br />Cashier Sounds Alarm at the Front of the Building, Cashier Will Call <br />Emergency Personnel and Gather up Employees and Customers at the <br />Meeting Area: WEST CORNER OF HWY. 120 & DAVID <br />ii. Define Routes of Evacuation <br />i. Have All Employees Leave the Building and Pump Area and <br />Congregate: DRIVE IN <br />iii. Identify Assembly Areas: <br />i. SAME AS ABOVE <br />iv. Procedures for Re -Entry <br />i.
