Jackson Ave. <br />Escalon, CA 95320 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to replace the existing dispensers and install Bravo Conversion <br />Frames on the dispenser sumps, and install in station diagnostic (I.S.D.) on existing Veeder <br />Root monitoring system at the above noted address. The permit has been approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Aris Cacapit at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br />inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code.
