This information was required to be submitted by 9/29/17. This information has <br /> not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report <br /> shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or <br /> proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions <br /> taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> Violation from 2017 inspection report:Violation CCR2712 Failure to comply with LIST operating permit conditions. <br /> This is a Class 11 violation. <br /> 306 CCR 2630(d)Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> The 91-poduct Veeder root 208 sump sensor was laying horizontally and not located to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible <br /> opportunity. The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump and placed upright by the service technician <br /> after testing. Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 309 CCR 2636(f)(1)Monitoring in sump/UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br /> The diesel submersible turbine pump(STP)sump Veeder root 208 sensor failed to activate an audible and visual <br /> alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be <br /> maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a <br /> leak. The technician shook the sensor(indicated that the float was stuck from debris), retested, and it passed.This <br /> was corrected on site. <br /> The Bravo box float and chain in dispenser 1/2 UDC sump failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when <br /> tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of <br /> product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chain(s)and verified <br /> functionality.This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the 91-STP sump and diesel-STP sumps. If water could enter into the secondary <br /> containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician <br /> removed approximately 2.5 gallons of liquid from the 91 and diesel STP sump.
