The tanks are made of steel. <br />-Incorrectly lists the vent piping primary as steel. The vent pipe is fiberglass. <br />87: <br />-Incorrectly lists the tank primary as fiberglass. The tanks are made of steel. <br />-Incorrectly lists the riser primary as fiberglass. <br />91: <br />-Incorrectly lists the tank primary as fiberglass. The tanks are made of steel. <br />-Incorrectly lists the tank secondary as unknown. <br />-Incorrectly lists the riser primary as fiberglass. <br />-Incorrectly states the site has a vent sump. <br />Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, <br />update the required information, and submit for review by the EH D. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />107 <br />CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. <br />An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The site map does not include the locations of leak <br />detectors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately <br />log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of <br />the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />109 <br />CCR 2637 Failed to test secondary containment. <br />Secondary containment testing was last performed on 6/11/14 and was due by June 2017. Testing has not been <br />completed and is two months past due. Secondary containment testing is required once every 36 months. This <br />testing has been scheduled for this afternoon and was observed to be started at the time of inspection.
