The site map does not include the sensors that monitor the <br />UST system. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a <br />copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />201 <br />CCR 2712(b) Failed to maintain alarm logs and/or records of follow up actions. <br />Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. The 2014 Secondary <br />Containment test results and the 2012 Monitoring System Certification test results were not found onsite. These <br />records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all <br />monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual <br />observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other <br />monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and <br />reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on <br />site and submit copies to the EHD. <br />The daily alarm log did not document all alarms from the alarm history. The alarms not documented include: <br />- L4: Diesel STP Sump December 25, 2014 <br />- L4: Diesel STP Sump December 2, 2014 <br />All alarms from the alarm history need to be documented and made available for review by the EHD upon request. <br />Immediately began documenting all alarms from the alarm history and have available for review by the EDH upon <br />request. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />204 <br />CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br />An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible <br />on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />319 <br />HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre -Jul 2003). <br />Liquid was observed in the 91 and Diesel STP sumps . If water could enter into the secondary containment by <br />precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 1 gallon of <br />liquid from the 91 STP sump and 1/2 gallon of liquid from the Diesel sump.
