A checklist of <br />finding was left onsite at the time of inspection, and a copy of the complete report <br />was mailed to the facility. I provided some comments to your CERS uploads (you <br />should be getting an email with my comments with regards to it), please let me know <br />if you have any questions regarding the necessary corrections.
