�-TENT LEAK STIGATION ET <br />The following chart should be used to comply with the requirements of CCR, Title 23, Section <br />2646(k), when the monthly variation exceeds the legally allowed variation. <br />Check "Done" as each item is completed. <br />The investigaton may be terminated when the cause of the variation is determined. <br />(Use this worksheet if your Actual Variation exceeds the California Allowable Variation.) <br />Tank Month Year <br />If the next month's variation (from step 5) also exceeds the legally allowed variation, then it is <br />assumed that an Unauthorized Release has occurred. <br />The legal requirements for Underground Tanks are discussed in Title 23, Division 3, Chapter <br />16 of the California Code of Regulation and chapter 6.7 of the California Health and Safety <br />code. A copy of the laws and regulations may be obtained by contacting the State Water <br />Resources Board at (916)739-4436. <br />CHEVD.
