FIZI
FF --p .
ENVI RCa,
ERi IOSERV/CESLTH
S
February 10, 1987
Laurie Cotulla, Reg. Sanitarian
Environmental Health Division
San Joaquin Local Health District
P. 0. Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
Dear Ms. Cotulla:
ATbT
Building G, Room 1040
5925 W. Las Positas Blvd.
Pleasanton, CA 94566
This will verify my observation of the testing of the new fuel tank
installed at our facility at J 110 West Turner Road in Lodi on January
27, 1987.
A holiday detector operated at 35,000 volts was used to check
all surfaces of the tank for flaws in the fiberglass cladding. Two
defects were found around the collars. These were repaired on site
by the Manufacturer's representative.
The tank was pressurized to 5 psi per manufacturer's recommendations and
held at that pressure for 2 hours. No loss of pressure occurred during
that time.
If you require any further information from me please contact me on
(415) 460-6531.
Sincerely,
Judy A. McCarthy
Supervisor - Buildings & Real Estate
