Ticket #LT -5029 applies. <br />Ticket #LT -5029 also addresses replacement of TLS 300C with TLS 350 to facilitate monitoring by AT&T Dallas. <br />Actions: <br />Obtain and post documentation for: <br />- SB989 secondary containment testing. <br />L2 alarm activity on 8-3-07. <br />- L3 alarm activity on 7-31-07. <br />- repair or replacement of spill bucket and testing. <br />Instructions: <br />Monthly visual inspection of the UST system must be conducted by a Designated UST Operator, who <br />possesses a current California UST System Operator certification issued by the International Code Council. <br />A copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist must be provided to the UST Owner or Operator. <br />The Designated UST Operator must alert the UST Owner or Operator of any condition discovered during the monthly visual <br />inspection that may require follow-up actions. <br />The UST Owner or Operator must maintain a copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist and all attachments for the <br />previous 12 months. The records must be maintained on-site or, if approved by the local agency, off-site at a readily <br />available location. <br />
