CAK482 <br />Mrs. Turkatte, <br />Thank you for taking the time to help me yesterday. The existing permit (Service Request # SR0051560) <br />for the AT&T facility located at 110 W. Turner Road in Lodi has expired. The permit has not been used yet <br />and is in need of an extension so we can start work. Per our phone conversation yesterday evening a <br />permit extension of 90 -days can be granted so long as I provide you an e-mail requesting the extension. <br />With this e-mail I would like to request an extension of this permit so that we may begin the repairs at this <br />facility. Would it be possible to respond to this e-mail authorizing the extension of the permit?
