The scope of work will be performed as follows. <br />• TES will remove the existing annular space riser and replace with a new steel annular space riser. <br />The existing riser is not straight it has a wavy shape underground which will not allow for the sensor <br />to be properly removed or allow for a annular space test setup to be installed that can bypass the <br />annular riser for annular testing. <br />• TES will saw cut and breakout concrete around the annular space riser, excavate to expose the <br />annular space riser, and remove and replace with one new steel riser. <br />• TES will saw cut and breakout concrete around the existing faulty direct bury spill bucket. The <br />faulty spill bucket will be removed and replaced with one new direct bury spill bucket. <br />• TES will remove the existing TLS 300 C monitoring console and replace with one new TLS 350 <br />Plus monitoring console. <br />• TES will connect the existing sensors to the new TLS 350 Plus monitoring console. TLS will verify <br />all sensors are located at the lowest points in all sumps, annular space, and piping trench. <br />• TES will perform the required testing and inspections per the permit requirements. <br />• Once authorized TES will backfill the excavations with the existing backfill material.
