Alarms were caused during annular sensor testing. History also shows L3 north sump fuel alarm <br />,on 7-31-07 @ 10:14am and sensor out alarms on 7.31-07 @i 10:03am and 10:14am. L.3 alarms were cleared when water <br />jwas pumped from sump. Ticket I.T-5029 was opened for repair or <br />cement of spin bucket. <br />LT -5029 also addresses replacement of TLS 3000 with TLS 350 to facilitate monitoring by AT&T Dallas. <br />Posted statement concerning L4 alarns on 4-30-07 - alarms were caused during engine radiator maintenance (by Holt of <br />California) when antifreeze entered the trench and sensor was moved to facilitate liquid removal. <br />Actions: <br />Obtain and post documentation for. <br />- monitoring system certification. <br />SB989 secondary containment testing. <br />spi11 bucket testing. <br />- L2 alarm activity on 8-3-07. <br />L3 alarm activity on 7-31-07. <br />required repairs and provide documentation for repairs and testing. <br />Instructions: <br />Monthly visual inspection of the UST system must be conducted by a Designated U;17 Operator, who <br />possesses a current Califomia UST System Operator certification issued by the Intemational Code Council. <br />A copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist must be provided to the UST Owner or Operator. <br />The Designated UST Operator must alert the UST Owner or Operator of any condition discovered during the monthly visual <br />inspection that may require follow-up actions. <br />The UST Owner or Operator must maintain a copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist and an attachments for the <br />previous 12 months.
