Turner Road, Lodi - AT&T Insp. # 3712 <br />Dear Mr. Yang, <br />Per our telephone convet8atiOn on 8/14/07, we informed you of the list of issues corrected and outstanding. Per your <br />request, we have listed the status of the corrective actions required noted below: <br />#12. Used abs observed on the floor inside the generator room under batteries. Generator <br />leaking oi& Ott 1vas obserwed raider a generator. <br />As of 7/18/07,4he used kitty litter has been placed in a container, is properly labeled and is waiting to <br />be picked up from a vendor, we are awaiting quotes & kindly request until August 27, 2007 to give you <br />the scheduled pick-up date; as requested, we will provide a copy of the final manifest within 30 days of <br />the waste pick-up. <br />The trench .die gemrator room had s4nQlcant amount of liquid Technician, Bob Lovell, <br />shed that radWors were replaced by Solt Brothers yesterday and liquid inside piping ftwh may <br />be antifreezc lowed4aAely, make a hazandous waste deteFmina&n of the tigtdd and manage it per <br />Titre 22 it , tip Waste Re ' ns. Facility shall be maintained to minimize the release of <br />ha=Vous waste: Correct immediately, Note: Laboratory analysis of Uquid in trench <br />recommended for hazardous waste determination. <br />Please see attached copy of the lab analysis and the documentation from our vendor, Holt of California <br />regarding the removal of the antifreeze. <br />#19. ThkfadAIrndtpermftedby this Office as a generator of hazardous waste. Zmmedlately, <br />obtaina permit frpm this office. <br />As per your cOnversatiOn with EH&S staff on 8/9/07, it was determined that this site is a Conditionally <br />Exempt Small Quantity (CESQ) generator, and as such, San Joaquin County will invoice us annually <br />for the fees as a CESQ. <br />#20. (2) 55 gagan drams inside the generator room were not labeled and currently hold wns. <br />Containers soft hawdous waste shall be properly labeled with a label containing the words <br />"RaUvWous Waste';.generator name & address, composition, physical state, hazardous properties, <br />& accumulation start Ave. Make a hazardous waste determination of the unknowns and manage <br />per Title 22: Razardaus Waste Regakitions. <br />The drums were properly labeled (used antifreeze) as of 7/18/07 by site personnel. <br />OL FacOy failed to retain a modoW contingency plan on-site. plan shall list the names& <br />numbers of enoWney coordinators, locations of*e extinguishers & spilt control equipment & <br />Phone number far local police & fsre deparunent, Correct immediately. <br />Please see the attached copy of our Hazardous Materials Management Plan updated on 8/10/07 on the <br />San Joaquin County documents website with OBS , ioesdata.grg).
