Turner Rd, Lodi, CA <br />95242 (UE231) ITS #103618-A, and further consideration prompted by your <br />letter of 5-4-09. <br />Dear Inspector Naidu: <br />This letter is to confirm that we have completed all of the corrective actions you requested in <br />the inspection referenced above: <br />➢ The M & R Plan for the facility is not current and not approved by this office. <br />Immediately prepare a current monitoring plan and submit to this office for <br />approval by 02/08/09. An approved copy will be returned. <br />Status: COMPLETED: The requested monitoring response plan dated 2-2-09 was <br />sent to you on or about 2-3-09. For your convenience, another copy of it is enclosed. <br />➢ There was more than a quart of liquid in the tank annular space. The liquid was <br />removed from the tank and left on site. Immediately hire a state of CA certified <br />contractor/tester to determine how the water got into the annular space and make <br />appropriate repairs - a permit may be required from this office for repair. <br />Status: CLOSED: On or about 1-14-09 our contractor, Tait Environmental, visited <br />the site and found no water in the annular space. Nevertheless, they cleaned the <br />sensor and floats. All functions were found to be normal. No repairs were required. <br />➢ This facility has a product pipe as suction but the return pipe is pressurized. Aline <br />test could not be located. Immediately have a state certified contractor/tester <br />perform a line test to fulfill the requirements of CA Code of Reg. Title 23. <br />Status: RETRACTED: We understand that after reconsideration of this finding <br />prompted by your letter of 5-4-09, you have retracted this requirement. <br />➢ A return to compliance certification must be submitted to this office by 02/08/09. <br />Status: COMPLETED: The Return to Compliance Certificate is enclosed with <br />my letter of 2-6-09. <br />
