We have not received an invoice for fees due to you. We wish to <br />be invoiced so that we will receive the new permit or extension of the existing permit prior to the <br />expiration of the current one. Are there any other conditions or documentations required of us at this <br />time? Please advise us of any items requiring attention on AT&T's part to resolve this issue.
