r <br /> MONITORING SYSTEM RESPONSE PLAN <br /> DATE: October 12, 1987 <br /> FACILITY: Shell Service Station <br /> R7 <br /> OWNER: Shell Oil Company <br /> ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH <br /> OPERATOR: FERMIT/SERVICES <br /> TANK I.D. # <br /> The secondary containment system of the underground WASTE OIL storage <br /> tank will be continuously monitored by a RONAN X76S e-'(ect-ro in c monitor <br /> using liquid sensing probes set to imme-d to response time. This <br /> electronic monitoring panel is located in the service room near the tank <br /> area. <br /> The electronic monitor will be tested DAILY by thelstation operator. In <br /> the case of an alarm condition, the stat on operator will immediately <br /> contact SHELL OIL COMPANY who will dispatch a qualified maintenance <br /> contractor to physically inspect the installation and report the cause <br /> of the alarm. All tank filling will stop during the period of <br /> investigation. <br /> If response, clean-up, and resumption of normal operations occurs within <br /> 8 hours of initial alarm, the incident will be recorded in an on-site <br /> log book and no contact will be made with the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Resources. <br /> If the response to the alarm condition cannot be rectified within 8 <br /> hours, the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Resources <br /> shall be notified at (209) 571-5032. <br /> Persons allowed to authorize the aforementioned work are: <br /> Station Operator: <br /> (209) <br /> Station Owner: SHELL OIL COMPANY <br /> (916) 481-0400 <br /> 24 HOUR RESPONSE PERSON: (209) <br /> PND0412/8721503 <br /> Engl <br /> �. ,... <br />
