The following items need to be <br /> submitted to this office prior to permit approval. <br /> 1. All leak detection equipment installed in this county must be approved by the State Of <br /> California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)and be listed in LG 113-12. The <br /> proposed Veeder Root TLS 350 (Simplicity)is not listed in LG 113-12. If you plan on installing <br /> this control panel for leak detection you must submit approval from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board. <br /> 2. You have not indicated installation of any probes at these two facilities. Please submit <br /> approval from the SWRCB that the existing probes in the annular space and the turbine <br /> sumps are compatible with the TLS 350 (Simplicity). <br /> 3. Please submit a product specification sheet for the TLS-350 (Simplicity). <br /> 4.
