This <br /> evaluation has been performed in accordance with the Evaivation Protocol for Continuous <br /> In-Tank Leak Detection Systems, MRI, April 7, 1995. We are pleased to inform you that <br /> the enclosed desciption sheet (Enclosure 1) will be included in our next leak detection <br /> equipment list. <br /> Please, note that this system is approved as "Other Test Methods" under the provisions of <br /> California Code ofRevulations,.Title 23,.Section 2643(b)(5). In accordance :with our <br /> review, this system is accepted as a stand-alone monthly monitoring method for <br /> underground storage tanks. The system must complete a conc3u ive test report every <br /> month.
