The return to
compliance was due 30 days after the inspection. The violations for your facility located at 880 E Victor Rd. in Lodi, have
not been addressed. The next step is to issue a deficiency letter, once the letter is issued the facility will be charged the
current department hourly rate for time spent on bringing your facility into compliance. The current hourly rate is $152
per hour. The UST operating permit will not be issued until full compliance is achieved.
A return to compliance dated 10/24/2017 has been reviewed and a copy attached. Violations could not be closed based
on the statements provided. The California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) has not been updated to correct
violations, additionally some of the documents that require yearly submittal have now become outdated. I have
included a copy of the UST monitoring Site Plan and highlighted the missing components. I would recommend adding a
map key or legend so that whoever is reading the map know what each symbol or letter is representing.
If you require assistance feel free to call. An appointment can be made to go over the violations and ways that you can
come into compliance.
If you have any question fell free to contact me, my information can be found below.
Cesar Ruvalcaba
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
9 (209) 953-62131 A (209) 464-0138 !
