State College <br /> Brea, CA 92821 <br /> ox <br /> February 15, 2011 Boa CA 292821-2922 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 600 East Main Street <br /> Stockton, California 95202-3029 <br /> Inspector Backus, <br /> This letter is in response to the Under Ground Storage Tank inspection report issued on January 12,2011 to <br /> Chevron Station#96171,located at 6633 Pacific Ave. Stockton, CA 95207. <br /> Below is our response regarding the 3 items noted in the attached inspection report. <br /> ■ 17.The 87 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br /> detecting a 3—gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> • Enclosed are the passing test results for the 87 line leak detector. <br /> ■ 17.The 91 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br /> detecting a 3—gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> • Per the inspection report, item#17(91 LLD), "The service technician purged the lines free of air <br /> and retested,and the leak detector passed the annual test". <br /> ■ 23d.The designated operator employee training log for all employees was not available for review.
