All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br /> detecting a 3—gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> • Enclosed are the passing test results for the 87 line leak detector. <br /> ■ 17.The 91 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br /> detecting a 3—gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> • Per the inspection report, item#17(91 LLD), "The service technician purged the lines free of air <br /> and retested,and the leak detector passed the annual test". <br /> ■ 23d.The designated operator employee training log for all employees was not available for review.
