This company <br />is not the owner of this property, nor has it been such <br />at any time during the 1980's. <br />I am aware that certain property records appear to indicate <br />we are the owner. These records are erroneous. A court <br />order, in approximately 1983, established that we never <br />acquired title to, or ownership of, the property. We are <br />attempting, through outside counsel, to get the erroneously <br />recorded deed, which the court order determined was null <br />and void ab initio, removed from the property records. <br />Insofar as known to us, the owner of the property continues <br />to be either the individual who the erroneous records purport <br />to indicate transferred the property to us or his trustee <br />in bankruptcy. <br />Very <br />truly <br />yours, <br />W.
