The enclosed statement indicates the amount owed for the <br />1987 calendar year and any credit or debit balance brought forward from <br />the 1986"calendar year. <br />The $56.00/tank state surcharge fee will not be included on the 1987 <br />statement provided this fee was paid in 1986. <br />The late billing for the 1987 calendar year was due to several computer <br />changes that were necessary in the Underground Storaqe Tank Program. <br />Normal calendar year billing in the future will be in December of each <br />year. <br />If you have any questions regarding your billing statement, please contact' <br />Jim Miller at (209) 466-6781, Ext. 81. <br />
