C7 <br />RE: Unified Grocers, 1990 Piccoli Rd., Stockton, CA (SR0056663) <br />5. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br />ones. <br />6. Contact Jeffrey Wong to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice <br />is required: <br />a. Measurement of drop tubes to verify the 95% tank volume shutoff. <br />b. Verify that the spill bucket holds a minimum of 5 gallons and pass a <br />60 minute lake test or equivalent after concrete is poured. The test <br />fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches below <br />the top of the spill bucket. Proper drainage or removal must also be <br />verified. <br />7.
