Log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update and submit the <br /> "UST Monitoring Plan"for the additional leak detector on the diesel tank for approval. <br /> 6. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 7. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval. If an extension to the expiration date <br /> is required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration date. <br /> EHD has no comment on the installation of the impact valve unless the installation affects the <br /> monitoring system including the UDC sump or breaks concrete.
