The certification of financial responsibility document has not been submitted to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the current year. Only the insurance document was <br /> received. Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Immediately <br /> submit a copy of the certification of financial responsibility to the EHD. Alternatively, log into the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), upload the required information, and submit for <br /> review by the EHD. Complete by December 26, 2013. <br /> 106. The monitoring plan in CERS is not current and not approved by the EHD. The monitoring plans <br /> must be current and approved by the EHD. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, <br /> and submit for review by the EHD. Complete a separate record for each tank.
