Instead, <br /> sensors were tested in water and are deemed functional at this time. The sensor's vapor strips have <br /> been disabled by technician at the time of inspection. Immediately,update UST monitoring plan to <br /> address this change in sensor programming from discriminating to non-discriminating hydrostatic. <br /> In addition,update monitoring plan to include the type of tank overfill prevention being utilized <br /> Submit a copy of updated plan to this office for approval by 8/3/07, 8/5/07. <br /> This is to confirm,that AT&T's contractor,Tait Environmental, submitted on 8/1/07,an extension <br /> request to complete the work on the sensors for the subject sites. Once the work was completed, <br /> updated UST Monitoring and Response Plans were generated. Our agent,RHL Design Group, <br /> submitted the updated UST Monitoring and Response Plans for the subject sites on 8/30/07,with <br /> delivery on 8/31/07(via California Overnight). <br /> Having completed the above,we consider AT&T's corrective action requirement fulfilled. Please see attached <br /> Return to Compliance Certifications.
