The single- <br />wall above ground portion of the fuel piping is covered with sheet metal <br />outside the building and inside the building. The sheet metal is bolted <br />down. This piping cannot be visually inspected. Correct the system to <br />allow monthly visual inspection of all above ground pipe. Correct <br />immediately. <br />Status: COMPLETED. On 5-14-10 the sheet metal was removed to allow <br />visual inspection of this piping. <br />r Submit Return to Compliance form. <br />Status: COMPLETED. The form you have request is enclosed with this <br />letter. <br />Having completed these action items, we understand that we are now in full compliance with <br />all requirements that resulted from this inspection.
