Stockton <br />On May 3, 1989, Public Health Services -Environmental Health <br />Division (PHS - EHD), performed an underground storage tank (UST) <br />inspection at the California Highway Patrol, #2651, 3330 Ad Art Rd. <br />Stockton, CA. The following violation was noted: <br />1. A pipeline leak detector was not present on the <br />submersible turbine pump of the 12,000 gallon unleaded <br />product tank, as required in Title 23 ,CCR, Chapter 3, <br />Subchapter 16, Section 2641 (5) (A). <br />Please note that the pipeline leak detector installed shall be <br />approved by a nationally recognized, independent testing <br />organization.
