The facility <br />is an Area Office with service yard for CHP vehicles. The site is fenced and <br />covered with asphalt. The fuel dispenser, concrete island, underground storage <br />tank, product containing piping, and approximately 60% of the concrete drive slab <br />has been removed by others. <br />The project scope of work is to install a new underground fuel storage and <br />dispensing system at the CHP facility located at 3330 North Ad Art Road, <br />Stockton, California. <br />2.1 Site Preparation <br />Prior to conunencement of operations, the following will be provided or <br />File and obtain all permits. <br />Locate and identify above ground and underground utilities and other potential <br />• Review client's health and safety requirements and locate nearby emergency <br />medical facilities. <br />• Review GEMS project specific health and safety compliance documents. <br />
