Comments: The failure on the Tank 2 Fillspill bucket was on the vapor bucket. Water was not found upon arrival (went into sump caused by vapor bucket failure) but was removed after bucket test. The L5 tri-state sensor (794380-323) in the 87 master turbine sump was replaced. It would register and install alarm but failed to detect liquid.
