Fremont Ave. <br />Stockton, CA <br />RE: Scope of work <br />Mr. Jackson, <br />Per your request, here is the scope of work for the above mentioned project: <br />1. Contractor to saw cut 6' x 6' minimum sections of existing tank slab at each manhole as shown. <br />2. Contractor to remove existing fill spill buckets. Remove existing drop tube flapper valve (if any) <br />and any non-EVR ball floats. <br />3. Contractor to install new EVR riser adapters. <br />4. Contractor to install new 5 gallon spill containment buckets and manhole w/frame at each tank <br />fill. EVR VR- 102-B compliant. Install new water shield and riser supports at each fill sump. <br />5. Contractor to install new fill drop tube and ball floats at each tank. EVR VR- 102-B compliant. <br />6. Contractor to install new riser components at existing tank gauge risers. Field verify exact riser <br />location. EVR VR -102-B compliant. <br />7. Contractor to install new pressure vacuum vent valve as needed, at each gasoline vent riser. EVR <br />VR -102-B compliant. <br />8. Contractor to patch all removed concrete to match existing. <br />9. Contractor to install new riser offset to obtain 16" O.0 for fill and vapor risers. (when existing is <br />less than 16" O.0 only). <br />10. Install new Veeder-Root overfill alarm w/acknowledgement switch and new automatic tank <br />gauging if not existing. <br />Based on our prior conversation, once you receive this information, permits should be issued within 1-2 <br />business days.
