The Certification of <br />Return to Compliance was signed by the station operator, Robert Gweon, however there were two <br />items that I do not believe were provided by Mr. Gweon at that time. Below is a list of violations <br />and their corrections. <br />Violation (#3): Fill out tank forms and mail to San Joaquin EHD. <br />Correction: See enclosed forms. <br />Violation (#18): An emergency response plan was not found. <br />Correction: See enclosed Emergency Response Plan. Please note: a copy has also been <br />forwarded to the site with instructions for all employees to be trained on the information. <br />Violation (#20): No maintenance and monitoring records available. <br />Correction: The station was provided with an Orange HSSE Compliance binder recently which <br />contains a tab for all maintenance records. In addition, the site should be keeping a daily alarm <br />monitoring log which is also found in the Orange binder under the Monthly Checklist tab.
