Fremont Street <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Mr. von Flue: <br /> This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the Inspection Report for ARCO <br /> Facility No. 5450 located at 1617 W. Fremont Street in Stockton, California dated April <br /> 22, 2008 (Attachment A). <br /> The inspection report stated that there were issues with the underground storage tank <br /> (UST) equipment at the site. The following is BP's response to the items noted during <br /> the inspection. <br /> ® CCR 2638(a): Annual line leak detector test—The electronic line leak detector <br /> for the premium 91 gasoline product failed the three gallon per hour leak test. <br /> Obtain permit application within twenty four hours and the repair/replacement <br /> must be made within 48 hours. Work can be performed without an approved <br /> permit. <br /> The Inspection Report states that the time of the inspection, the line leak detector(LLD) <br /> for the premium UST was observed to be defective. <br /> On April 22, 2008, a maintenance contractor(Gettler Ryan)was dispatched to address <br /> the issues with the LLD (TicketNo: 9036823).
