Fremont St, Stockton, CA <br />Inspection Date 09/24/2009 <br />This letter is in response to an inspection for ARCO Facility No. 05450, 1617 W. Fremont St, Stockton, <br />CA, dated September 24, 2009. Please be advised that the following violation(s) have been addressed. <br />1. Certification of financial responsibility on file with this agency has expired. Please see <br />attached the current Financial Responsibility Documents <br />2. Permit required to repair the UST system. Please see attached permit applied for by <br />Tanknology for the sensor replacement. <br />It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail <br />facilities immediately.
