Secondary containment shall be constructedprevent any water intrusion into the system by <br /> precipitation, infiltration,and surface runoff. The service technician removed approximately two cups of water from <br /> 87-product master STP sump, approximately one cup of water from the 87-product siphon STP sump and <br /> approximately one cup of water from the 91-product STP sump. Continue to monitor the three sumps and if liquid <br /> returns,immediately contect a properly licensed,trained,and certiffed contractor to repair the STP sumps. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Ill- <br /> 9 CCR 2635(b),No soil bucket fal to contain five gallons,or failed to provide a means to keep it <br /> The 91-product spill container initially failed the one-hour hydrostatic test. All split containers shall have a ryonimum <br /> capal of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it Is detected or cleaned up.
