Lockeford, and 1721 S. Cherokee, Lodi. <br />Mike, <br />I have received your written response to the above referenced reports. You <br />stated the repair and service records are maintained by Elite IV Contractors, <br />Inc. Please be aware that all monitoring and maintenance records shall be <br />maintained on-site according the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br />Chapter 16, section 2712 (b). <br />The leak detector test data you submitted indicates that the leak detector <br />associated with the unleaded tank at 205 W. Lockeford street, was replaced on <br />June 5, 1996. It is my understanding that you are aware of the permit <br />requirements for leak detector replacement (see enclosed letter dated April 8, <br />1997).
