Contact the local Fire Department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Aris Cacapit,REHS (209)468-3453 to arrange the following inspections(a 48- <br /> hour notice is required): <br /> a. Before backfill,soap test of the 89 line at 5psi for one hour. <br /> b. 1 hour lake test(or equivalent)of UDC#1/2. <br /> c. Since concrete will be broken near C1/2,87&91 line secondary <br /> containment tests(or equivalent)must be performed,once concrete is <br /> poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.Results must be <br /> received by EHD within seven days of returning the facility to operating <br /> condition. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation company),and <br /> b. All valid,current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br /> Council(ICC),that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> c. A valid,current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of the <br /> component(s)being tested,repaired,or serviced. <br /> and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />
