The Incon TS-LLD electronic line leak detector is <br /> approved to conduct an annual line test on the piping <br /> system. <br /> 2 . The existing monitoring system that monitors the <br /> secondary containment must remain intact and be <br /> maintained to provide continuous monitoring to the <br /> secondary containment . <br /> 3 . If the secondary containment is not water tight <br /> the system must comply with Health and Safety Code <br /> Section 25291 (e) . See enclosed. <br /> 4 . The Incon TS-LLD system is not approved to monitor the <br /> secondary containment. <br /> 5 . Any changes to this plan will require full re-submittal <br /> of the plan with all changes clearly marked. <br /> 6 .
