FREMONT, CA 94538 <br />Quik Stop Market # Z� z <br />172/- / ffl. ewe&A2E <br />Loaf Ca <br />"Monitoring System & Response Plan" <br />The secondary containment system of the underground fuel storage tanks and <br />product delivery lines will be continuously monitored by a Universal Sensors <br />"Leak Alert" LA -08 electronic monitor using liquid sensing probes set to <br />immediate response time. The panel for this system is located in the back- <br />room. <br />The electronic monitor will be tested daily by the Store Manager. In case <br />of an alarm situation the Store Manager will immediately contact the Quik <br />Stop Gasoline Dept, which will in turn dispatch a qualified serviceman to <br />the site to determine the cause of the alarm and to notify Quik Stop if <br />clean-up is required. <br />If response, clean-up and resumption of normal operations occurs within <br />eight (8) hours of initial alarm, the incident will be recorded in the Daily <br />Gasoline Log Book on site and no contact will be made with the Stanislaus <br />County Dept. of Environmental Resources. <br />If response to the alarm condition cannot be rectified within eight (8) hours, <br />the Stanislaus County Dept. of Environmental Resources shall be notified at <br />209-40-343. <br />Persons allowed to authorize.the required work are: <br />Quik Stop Gasoline Director: Jack Griffith <br />'510-657-8500 (lam - 4pm, Monday - Friday) <br />510-656-2143 (after hours, Weekends, Holidays) <br />District Manager: A4 <br />(lam - 4pm, Monday- Friday) <br />(after hours, Weekends, Holidays) <br />2/91 jg/jm <br />
